Compression (Jake) Brakes - Village of Cambria

SEC. 8-1-15 PROHIBITION OF COMPRESSION (JAKE) BRAKES ORDINANCE

The Village Board of the Village of Cambria do ordain as follows.

(1) No Person shall use motor vehicle brakes within the Village that are in any way activated, or operated by the compression of an engine of any such motor vehicle or any unit or part thereof.

(2) All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

This Ordinance shall take effect and be in effect after passage and publication according to law.
