The League hosts this great event annually in October for city and village officials. Over 600 decision makers attend every year to network, learn, and see what resources are available to their municipalities. This conference opens with the exhibition hall where all is focused on the exhibitors. Wednesday Deep Dives, Solution Sessions, the Products & Services Guide debut, and networking opportunities all make this an lively and fast paced opening day. How can your company exhibit?
1) League Business Leaders, Partners, or Associate Members already have a sponsorship and booth space included in their membership. Business members only need to confirm they want to exhibit and pick their booth location. Check and see if your organization is a League Business Member here.
2) Sponsor & Exhibit at the conference at the level that matches the involvement you want with the conference and attendees. Booth space will be assigned for you based on availability and layout.

Wednesday Exhibitor Booth: One 8' x 10' carpeted booth with one power connection reserved for you at the Wednesday Exhibitor hall. Booths contain one skirted table and two chairs. Additional furnishings can be purchased separately from the expo provider. Booths are assigned by the League to exhibitors by sponsorship level and then on a first come first served basis.
*Complimentary Attendee Registrations: We will comp your organization attendee registration(s) to the annual conference based on your level of sponsorship! A complimentary link will be sent to you after conference registration opens.
Logo Recognition: Your organization logo will appear in all places associated with the conference, our conference app, and products & services guide.
Products & Services Guide Cover Photograph: Sponsors may submit photos of products or services for consideration of use on the cover of the guide.
Special Event Choices: Your organization will have a chance, in order of sponsorship level, to claim sponsorship of additional special events that occur during the League Annual Conference. These include the Thursday evening reception, the Friday morning eggs and politics breakfast, and other special events like break refreshments.

League Products & Services Guide
Your organization is important to our members and that is why the League Products & Services Guide debuts at our Annual Conference! The League Products and Services Guide serves as source of exhibitor information and a point of refence for the organizations that support the League and it's members. You don't have to be in it but why would you want to miss getting your products & services in front of every Wisconsin City and Village?
The League Products and Services Guide is a big, all color print edition and comes in an identical and searchable PDF format as well. Every municipal city and village clerk in Wisconsin and every attendee will get a print copy in October. Every municipal member of our database (appx. 10,000) will also get the PDF Guide too. Advertisers in the guide will also get RFP notices when our members post them to our website. This guide connects you to our members in many ways!
Base Listing Cost in the League Products and Services Guide is $500 and that is included at all Sponsorship levels. There are additional advertising and custom options available that are detailed on the Reservation Form as well.

Annual Conference Raffle
The raffle is one of our most popular and exciting conference events. Every year we collect donated items from the exhibitors of less than $15.00 in value and create gift baskets for giveaways at the conference. You must be present to win and our attendees show up in force! The exhibitor raffle concludes the exhibitor hall and is an exciting and crowed event every year! If you wish to participate and make this another great raffle please bring your donated gift to the League conference and give it to League staff at registration or mail it to the League by September 15th at:

Exhibit Hall Agenda
Connecting With Our Members:
The League’s Vendor Exhibition is on Wednesday, the opening day of the 3-day conference. Conference attendees are drawn to the Exhibition not only by the exhibitors, but also to enjoy food and beverages at lunch and during the President’s Reception late Wednesday afternoon.
Vendor Exhibition Agenda, Wednesday:
7:00 AM Vendor setup with vendor refreshments in Exhibition hall.
10:00 AM Vendor Exhibition opens.
Noon Light lunch buffet in Exhibition hall.
1:00 PM Soft close for opening roundtable.
3:00 PM Vendor Exhibition hall re-opens.
4:00 PM President’s Reception in Exhibition hall with food and beverages.
5:45 PM Exhibition Raffle Drawing.
6:00 PM Exhibition hall closes. (Please note there is a $500 early tear down fee.)
