Mailing lists are emailed to you as an Excel spreadsheet , e.g. Chief Executive, Municipal Attorneys, Municipal Clerks, etc. (See the order form for specific categories.) The lists contain all the municipal officials in that category from our database for Wisconsin's cities and villages. Included is mailing information, population, and county location so that you can target your effort. Only the "#2. Clerks" list has phone and fax numbers, clerk email addresses and municipal webpage (where available). The lists are continuously updated as we receive information from the municipalities. Administrative Services Manager Robin Powers will fill your order within a day or two of receiving it depending on his workload.
