Tobacco Fee Increase - City of Oshkosh

A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 18-2 OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL COE PERTAINING TO ANNUAL CIGARETTE LICENSE FEE.

The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh does ordain as follows:

SECTION 1. That Section 18-2 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to the cigarette license fee is hereby amended by creating paragraph (a) to read as follows:

(a) The annual fee for such license shall be $100.00. There shall be no proration of this fee for licenses issued during the year.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
