Ordinances Governing Accessory Buildings - Antigo
An Ordinance amending Section 17.03(2) of the Zoning Code of the City of Antigo.
The Common Council of the City of Antigo do ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 17.03(2) is hereby amended to include sub-part 5 which shall read as follows: No wood pole type structures or pre-engineered steel type structures shall be allowed in any Residential Zoning districts including R-1 through R-4. They will only be allowed for strictly agricultural uses or uses related to agriculture which are allowed in the Residential Districts of the code.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
An Ordinance amending Section 17.12(2) of the Zoning Code of the City of Antigo.
The Common Council of the City of Antigo do ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 17.12(2) is hereby amended to read as follows: PERCENTAGE
OF REQUIRED YARD OCCUPIED. No detached accessory building, buildings or structures shall occupy more than thirty-three (33) percent of the area of a required yard.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
An Ordinance amending Section 17.46(l)(e)(1) of the Zoning Code of the City of Antigo.
The Common Council of the City of Antigo do ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section 17.46(l)(e)(1) is hereby amended so as to include the following language regarding single- family detached dwellings, rectories, parsonages and parish houses: No accessory building or structure constructed on a lot with an existing principle structure shall be of greater height than the principle structure. If under the provisions of the code, the accessory building or structure is built before the principle structure, the same height restriction shall apply. This height rule shall not apply to lots where the principle structures are used for agricultural purposes.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
