Welcome building inspector vendors!  We would like to invite you to join us at this year’s Municipal Building Inspectors Institute, which will be held at Best Western Premier Waterfront Hotel & Convention Center in Oshkosh, WI April 19-21, 2023.  Vendors can either sponsor the whole conference and have display space all 3 days or can limit their presence to the opening night vendor reception.

The opening night reception collects building inspectors from all across Wisconsin to network and learn about the current trends in building construction.  Get in on the great networking that is supported by our passport ticket system that has attendees getting stamps from vendors and answering questions to be entered into the raffle.  

Wednesday Evening Vendor Reception and Product Display Itinerary:  

•  Vendor set up is Wednesday, April 19 at 3:00—4:45 PM                
•  The Products/Services Display & Reception is scheduled from 5:00-7:00 PM
• Vendor Raffle starts at 6:30PM
•  Take-down begins at 7:00 PM, immediately following the reception.
  
  

Vendors are provided with a 6’ foot skirted table and it is first-come, first-served as far as location is concerned. If you require electrical access, you must indicate so on the application form.  

Please note that vendors can donate items to the raffle but while that is appreciated, it is not required.  The raffle runs towards the end of the reception and supports all the great networking that occurs this evening.  


Vendor Registration:  

Vendors wanting to display at this Wednesday evening reception may either sponsor the whole building inspectors institute or just attend the reception on Wednesday.

Please note that all sponsorship levels (Gold, Silver, and Bronze) grant your organization the above vendor table space, space the other days of the event, and a complimentary registration(s) to the whole event. 

Vendors wanting to attend just the Wednesday evening vendor reception may do so at a reduced rate ($250) but must register as an attendee for the event to attend any of the other functions or days. 

Space is limited by venue so it will be granted on a first come - first served basis.
